These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the RPM Courier LLC driver dispatch text messaging program (the "Program").

Program description

RPM Courier sends recurring automated operational text messages to drivers who have affirmatively agreed to participate. Messages may include accepted delivery assignments, pickup and delivery details, schedule changes, job updates, cancellations, and related dispatch information. The Program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

Consent and enrollment

Participation is optional. Before enrollment, an RPM Courier dispatcher explains the Program and asks for affirmative verbal consent. RPM Courier records the driver's name, mobile number, consent date and time, the dispatcher who obtained consent, and the version of the consent script used. A driver is enrolled only after an affirmative response.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may decline or withdraw consent without losing access to other available methods of communicating with RPM Courier.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your accepted delivery assignments and related dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. RPM Courier will not send further Program messages unless you later provide new consent or use a supported re-enrollment method.

Supported carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The Program may not be available on every carrier or device.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a current mobile number that you control and for notifying RPM Courier if that number changes. If you stop using or transfer the number, notify RPM Courier promptly so the number can be removed from the Program.

Privacy

RPM Courier's handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. RPM Courier does not sell or rent mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Program changes or termination

RPM Courier may modify or discontinue the Program when reasonably necessary. Any material change to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a change requires renewed consent, RPM Courier will request it before sending messages under the changed Program.
