Dispatcher script

The dispatcher reads the following language before the driver is enrolled:

“RPM Courier LLC would like your permission to send recurring automated text messages about delivery assignments, pickup and delivery details, schedule changes, and dispatch updates to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your assignments. Message and data rates may apply.

Participation is optional. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP, email info@rpmcourier.com, or call 417-693-8020.

Simulated affirmative conversation

RPM dispatcher: Reads the complete script above.
Driver: “Yes, I agree.”
RPM dispatcher: “Thank you. I have recorded your consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.”

The driver is not enrolled if the response is unclear, conditional, or negative. The dispatcher answers questions and asks again only if the driver wants to continue.

Consent record

RPM Courier records the following before automated messages are enabled:

  • Driver's name.

  • Mobile number receiving the messages.

  • Date and time of consent.

  • Dispatcher who obtained consent.

  • Consent method: verbal.

  • Script version: 2026-09-12-v1.

  • Affirmative response.

The record is retained while the driver participates and afterward as reasonably necessary to document compliance. Changing the driver's phone number requires new consent for the new number.

Enrollment confirmation message

After enrollment and before or with the first operational message, RPM Courier uses this disclosure:

“RPM Courier: You are enrolled in recurring driver dispatch texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Opt-out and help

  • Replying STOP withdraws consent and blocks further Program messages, except for one confirmation of the opt-out.

  • Replying HELP provides RPM Courier support information and reminds the recipient how to opt out.

  • A driver may also ask an RPM Courier dispatcher to remove the number from the Program.

Program limits

  • Messages are limited to operational driver dispatch communications.

  • RPM Courier does not use this consent for marketing or promotional messages.

  • RPM Courier does not infer consent from a driver's business relationship, prior contact, phone number, POD email, or acceptance of a delivery assignment.

  • RPM Courier does not send automated Program messages before affirmative consent is recorded.
